## **Consolidated Responses to Bidder Clarification Questions**

Following the supplier briefing sessions held on 25 September 2026 and the written clarification questions received from prospective bidders, Oxfam International is issuing this Addendum No. 2.

The clarification questions have been consolidated and anonymised to ensure that all registered bidders receive the same information. Where suppliers submitted similar or overlapping questions, these have been combined and answered once by topic.

Supplier identities, commercially confidential information and bidder-specific commentary have not been disclosed.

**The proposal submission deadline remains 9 October 2026 at 23:59 GMT+3.**

All other requirements, terms and conditions of the RFP and previous addenda remain unchanged unless expressly stated otherwise in this Addendum No. 2.
